This workshop will be the first in a series of Chakra Workshops presented by The Mindful Maven.

Wish you could stay centered no matter what? Do you start projects and never finish them? Do you keep meaning to put your own self-care on the front burner, but it keeps getting bumped to the back burner, over and over again?

In this beginner-level workshop, we will address those questions and other issues that can occur when this first chakra is not balanced. June will not only instruct, but also provide meaningful activities that will teach you how to clear, balance, and ground your Root Chakra energy.
